Medical Underwriting Team Leader

Bradley David Associates are looking for a Medical Underwriting Team Leader to lead a team of 14-16 people who work in our Group Employee Benefit division. Whilst leading a team, you will work alongside other Team Leaders to help deliver the highest possible service that supports our reputation as the largest provider in the Group Market. £48,000 - £52,000 dependent on experience Amazing bonus and pension Monday to Friday 9am-5pm 6 Month Fixed Term Contract Market leading benefits Hybrid but office attendance required as often as possible What You'll Do: Oversee and lead a team that delivers outstanding customer service. Create a high performing team through fair, open and engaging communication. Develop our most talented people to support the positive people culture the business strives for. Set clear objectives and provide fair feedback so people understand how well they are doing against key goals. Ensure processes are followed that accurately uphold Policy Terms and Conditions of the insurance product. Continuously developing data and Mi to identify where the customer experience can be improved on. Following onto implementing new ways of working which also satisfy regulatory, risk and compliance requirements. Investigate and resolve complaints and queries, in line with the divisional & regulatory complaint procedures.
