A well renowned logistics company are currently searching for a HR Program Manager for a transformation project they are currently working on within their HR team. They are looking for a senior profile with specific expertise in Human Resources, Data & Program Management. The initial contract will be till the end of the year (extendable) and a hybrid working model of 2 days a week on site in Brussels. Role Program Management: Get up to speed with HR Projects & lead the Project Team on different initiatives e.g. RFP update before end of the year Stakeholder Management: Ensure all parties who need to be involved are updated & well collaborated Data Driven: Investigate Data to come up with solutions to ensure effective decision are made in line with suppliers Profile Program Manager with 5 years' experience HR Expert: Job Designs, Talent Management & Performance Management Data Driven: Essential to be Data Savvy Fluent in 1 National Language & Understanding of the second (Dutch & French)
