About the role As a Client Engagement Manager – Spanish Speaking , you’ll be the trusted partner for our Spanish clients, helping them get the most value from Spoki. You’ll work across teams – from Sales to Marketing to Product – to ensure a seamless, impactful customer experience and drive adoption of our solution in a growing, strategic market. Key Responsibilities Work closely with clients and strategic partners to maximize their success with Spoki Define and implement strategies to drive product adoption and client retention Manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on growth and measurable results Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to continuously improve the customer journey Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback that shapes our solutions Who we’re looking for 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles Proven ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients Strong analytical and digital marketing skills Fluent in Spanish (B2–C1) and English (B2–C1) – mandatory Customer-focused, results-driven, and proactive mindset What we offer Salary range : €30K – €38K gross annual, based on experience Permanent full-time contract (CCNL Commercio) Meal vouchers Company laptop Stock options after one year A collaborative, dynamic, and international work environment The opportunity to contribute to the growth of a strategic market and make an impact Location: San Vito dei Normanni (Brindisi), Italy Hiring Process Step 1: Invitation to an introductory video call Step 2: Technical interview with the team Step 3: On-site final interview with our CEO
