About the Company: KeyPartners executive search has been retained to source a Legal Manager to join a multinational operating in the consumer industry. About the Role: The ideal candidate will join a team of 2 lawyers and report to the Legal Director. The role is based in Milan. Acting as a Legal Business Partner, the candidate will provide legal support on: National and international contract drafting and negotiation Marketing, Sales, Litigation and pre-litigation, as well as risk management Support on other areas of law as necessary, including Competition Law, Anti-bribery Laws, Privacy, Consumer protection, and health and safety. Qualifications & Requirements: Italian-qualified lawyer, registered with the Bar, with at least 5 years of experience. Previous in-house experience, preferably in an international FMCG environment. Solid experience in contract drafting and negotiation. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Required Skills: Customer-oriented, able to work under tight deadlines, flexible to switch between matters, and agile in prioritising. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent team player. Good project management skills. Ambitious with high potential to grow. Pay range and compensation package: The candidate will be employed as Quadro.
