DIGITAL IC SENIOR DESIGN ENGINEERS (W/M) As part of the Hardware Design team, you will contribute to designing and developing complex digital ICs, including SoCs and IP cores, throughout the entire ASIC/IC/MMCU development lifecycle, from specification to tape-out. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Engineering MSc. or BSc. in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent Experience in defining IPs with high-quality RTL, including assertions Design experience of state machines, data paths, arbitration, and clock domain crossing logic Proficiency in System Verilog or VHDL Experience with ModelSim, Microsemi Libero, and Git/Gitlab Ability to drive functional and code coverage, and achieve timing closure Knowledge of formal verification tools Knowledge of DFT techniques Experience with configuration management tools (Git, SVN) Good scheduling and reporting skills Proficiency in English (spoken and written) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Responsibility and troubleshooting skills Ability to meet deadlines Candidates with PhDs or extensive experience are encouraged to apply, as their skills are highly valued. RESPONSIBILITIES Define verification strategies and testbench architectures (SystemVerilog, UVM, C-driven) Create verification plans and environments Implement verification and ensure coverage Mentor junior engineers Improve verification methodologies MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Engineering MSc. or BSc. in Electronics, Telecommunications, or Computer Science Experience in defining verification plans and test specifications Strong knowledge of digital verification methodologies (Formal, UVM) Ability to debug RTL and understand analog/digital schematics Experience with DFT techniques Knowledge of configuration tools (Git, SVN) Good communication skills and responsibility Proficiency in English Candidates with higher degrees or extensive experience are encouraged to apply.
