MISSION : As part of the development of our entity Abylsen Italy, specialized in Transport (automotive, aeronautics, defense, space and rail), Heavy Industry (metallurgy, steel plant), Energy and IT, we are looking for an AIT Engineer in the Aerospace & Defence sector to integrate our team of consultants and bring their expertise on all our projects. Activities Manage the integration and optical / performance testing phases of optical systems. Design and implement test setups for performance verification. Coordinate technical activities and supervise the team during AIT phases. Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with technical requirements and timelines. Prepare technical documentation and test reports. Contribute to the definition of test strategies and continuous improvement of AIT processes. Requirements Degree in Physics or Engineering (preferably with an optics-related focus). 1–2 years of experience in integration and testing activities in the optical field. Knowledge of geometrical and physical optics, radiometry, and use of optical benches. Proficiency in Matlab (mandatory); knowledge of Python and MS Project is a plus. Ability to design and develop optical test setups for performance validation. Strong organizational skills and project management capabilities. Excellent command of both Italian and English (mandatory).
