HR Generalist - Operation Specialist

Overview Adecco Credit & Banking is currently recruiting for an International Bank based in Milan for a HR Generalist - Operation Specialist. Responsibilities Managing HR systems, with a view to continuous improvement collaborate in the monthly processing of payroll in a complex reality with unique peculiarities; collaborate on Group and local projects concerning the improvement of HR processes; collaborate in the activities necessary for the management of benefits programs; collaborate in the analysis of the procedures owned by the function and facilitate their updates; be responsible for the strategic analysis of indicators related to Human Resources management; closely collaborate with the local team and the off-shore hub and manage the ticketing system with a particular focus on internal customer satisfaction; collaborate with the HR Head of Italy and HR BP to facilitate the daily management of resources and be the interface of functions such as controlling and accounting; actively participate in all the business projects of the various divisions in which the HR function is involved. Qualifications The ideal candidate meets the following requirements : Bachelor's or Master's degree ideally 2 years of experience in a HR Generalist / Admin role Good English knowledge Knowledge of the main Human Resources management systems, in particular HR Infinity (Zucchetti), and Office proficiency (Excel) Offer and Details We offer a fixed term contract of 6 months, that can be extended.
