Analyze product information including bills of material for qualification of origination per US Customs requirements, issue compliant certificate of origin. Ensure timely USMCA qualification. Determine HTS US classification for products (Ensure parts and products are classified appropriately). Perform country of origin analysis for exported/imported goods. Maintain customs records and documentation according to regulatory requirements. Manage third party compliance activities and relationships. Ensuring internal compliance with customs procedures amongst various departments: purchasing, logistics, accounting and compliance. Timely response to brokers and customers requests for documentation. Develop, document, maintain and ensure execution of internal control procedures related to all customs activity. Assist with making sure international goods transactions are designed and executed in compliance with applicable international trade regulation and in compliance with specific trade agreements when necessary. Assist with the design of material and transactional flows to ensure duty and tax efficiency knowledge about US import ant export procedures. Manage customs brokerage and vendors billing for operations.
