We’re searching for a designer to join our client's team and create killer content for their diverse portfolio of top consumer brands, as well as their own brand. In this role, you will design and edit performance marketing assets alongside talented operators within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. This role requires expertise across graphic design, landing page/web design, and motion design, with an outstanding eye for detail and a deep understanding of visual hierarchy and composition. You will have the creative freedom to explore trends, strategies, and treatments across multiple digital and social mediums. You’ll get to train and work with the best performance creatives in the space, with tons of opportunities to grow and learn. What You’ll Do Design performance-driven static and motion ads across digital channels (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, landing pages, etc.). Design and build out landing pages in Figma, Unbounce, and Replo . Synthesize consumer target mindsets, attitudes, and behaviors to inform strong creative development. Manage and organize assets in Air, Google Drive, Slack, and Notion. Curate/research assets for use (stock photos, fonts, iconography, etc.). Quickly assemble edits and implement notes from clients within tight deadlines. Quality control exports to ensure creative standards are up to client expectations, brand guidelines, and deadlines. Complete and transfer deliverables to stakeholders. Design assets for our client's brand, whether that be for organic social, events, or swag :) What You’ll Need A design portfolio—be sure to include a link in your application! 2 years of social media design and editing experience. High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects. Experience with Jitter is a bonus. Demonstrated proficiency in AI image generation , with experience using tools such as ChatGPT and MidJourney. A strong understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, and layout . Ability to design with performance metrics in mind . Strong team player with excellent cross-functional communication skills and a passion for collaboration. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment that requires the ability to multi-task. Strong grasp of culture, with a keen understanding of what is relevant and an eye for upcoming trends. Familiar with relevant social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels. Positive attitude and a self-starter.
