Pr Archictect: Team Lead

Our client in the Consulting Engineering and Construction industry is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team in Western Cape, Cape Town. Requirements: Degree in Architecture. Professional Registration as a Professional Architect (PrArch with SACAP). Minimum of 5 years of post-registration experience. Experience in the construction industry. Knowledge of contract administration (JBCC and NEC) and financial administration. Project or programme management experience is advantageous. Duties and Responsibilities: Ensuring alignment with cash flow and programme schedules. Meeting project deadlines consistently. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date server records. Ensuring all documentation is properly filed. Overseeing consultant and contractor appointments and performance. Adhering to all organizational processes and protocols. Managing contracts, including JBCC and NEC frameworks. Verifying the accuracy of invoices. Reviewing invoices, appointments, additional fees, and related matters. Ensuring successful completion of Auditor General audits.
