Job Description

Responsibilities: Full bookkeeping function up to trial balance. Manage trust & business accounts (LPC compliance). Bank reconciliations, invoicing, creditors/debtors, VAT, PAYE & statutory returns. Payroll processing & HR administration (contracts, leave, onboarding). Staff support, recruitment assistance & labour law compliance. Requirements: 35 years bookkeeping experience (legal environment preferred). Knowledge of legal accounting software (GhostPractice/LegalSuite/AJS). Trust account management experience (essential). Payroll & HR admin knowledge. Strong attention to detail, confidentiality & organisational skills. Relevant finance/HR qualification advantageous.
