The role is to join as an AI Tutor in Salesforce to collaborate on projects that improve GenAI models and address specialized questions with advanced reasoning. Responsibilities Define data scope, structure, and taxonomy: Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Documents, Attachments, and relationships between them; Ensure logical and business consistency of data: realistic personas, multi-page/multi-format documents, typical scenarios across Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, etc; advise on platform-specific nuances, including historical data, table relationships, and edge cases that may affect agent/model learning; Prepare, transform, and upload synthetic datasets to the platform, ensuring all entities, attachments, and metadata work correctly; Troubleshoot technical issues during data preparation and loading (attachments not uploading, versioning, API quirks, etc.); Optionally, automate data generation, transformation, and validation using scripts or ETL processes Requirements You have a Bachelor's Degree in any field. You have at least 3 years of experience working with Salesforce You have advanced level of English (C1 or higher) You are ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines.
