Litigation lawyer NQ – 2 years’ PQE LONDON

Well-regarded private practice law firm in London is seeking a Litigation lawyer of 0 to 2 years’ PQE. The role will be busy and varied with an opportunity for the right candidate to take on meaningful responsibility with regular direct client contact. The successful candidate will be flexible as to the areas of Litigation they will advise on. Whilst the firms’ core areas of Litigation are Contentious Trust & Probate and Property Litigation, you will need to be willing to advise clients on other areas of Litigation such as Court of Protection; Art & Cultural Property Litigation; general Commercial Litigation; and, Construction Disputes. You will liaise primarily with the Head of Department but also with other parts of the business as the department regularly works in tandem with other departments as part of a wider team. The right candidate will be solutions-focused and pragmatic with the ability to build effective relationships. Applicants will have already had some experience of at least one or more of the areas of law set out above (either as a newly-qualified or post-qualified Solicitor) and have an enthusiasm to develop your understanding further.
