M&E Site Manager Central London (E3) | Circa £300 per day | Temporary (until April, with option to go permanent) | ASAP Start We are seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager to join a £2.5m mechanical and electrical package across two multi-storey council flats in Central London. Our client specialises in delivering high-quality M&E packages across commercial, residential, healthcare, and fit-out projects. With a strong reputation for reliability and delivery, they are looking for a proactive Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations on this project. The Role: * Manage and coordinate all M&E works on site. * Oversee subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required standard. * Liaise with the Project Manager and client representatives to maintain smooth communication and progress. * Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and quality procedures. * Monitor progress against programme and report on site performance. About You: * Proven experience as an M&E Site Manager on residential or similar projects. * Strong technical knowledge of both mechanical and electrical systems. * Excellent organisational and leadership skills. * Ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
