2nd/3rd line engineer

Opus are working with a key client on a 2nd/3rd line engineer requirement. The initial contract is 12 months and will be inside IR35, paid via our PAYE payroll. The role will be 2 days on-site in Exeter, the rest can be worked remotely. Essential At least 3 years Experience as 2nd/3rd line engineer Hands-on experience with firewall rules, access controls, and routing Ability to conduct technical analysis and produce clear documentation Desirable Experience with legacy infrastructure and operational technology (OT) Understanding of asset management and BAU handover processes Awareness of Zero Trust principles and NIST frameworks Exposure to cloud networking (Azure, AWS, GCP)
