Stock Condition Surveyor

We are proud to be partnering with a multi-disciplinary specialist surveying firm, who are looking to appoint a Stock Condition Surveyor on a permanent contract. This will be a full-time position based in Kent, with a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum dependent on experience. The ideal candidate will hold a DEA Level 3 accreditation and have at least 18 months experience in stock condition surveying. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Conducting stock condition surveys and domestic energy assessments on Social Housing units that are booked by the scheduling team Establishing condition, age, repairs and remaining life of building components & also energy characteristics and legislative compliance Ensuring buildings are designed and constructed so that there are appropriate provisions for the early warning of fire, and appropriate means of escape in case of fire from the building to a place of safety Being knowledgeable of RdSAP in order to fill out questions in each of the surveys Liaising with and engaging with residents in regards to work carried out Experience required: Level 3 Domestic Energy Accreditation 18 months stock condition experience Social housing experience desired Skills, knowledge and expertise required: Good communication skills RdSAP knowledge Rewards and Benefits: Investors in People Gold Generous annual leave package Pension contributions Annual work social events Working hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 5:30pm Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
