PRODUCT MANAGER – CLEARED DERIVATIVES Location: London, UK – Hybrid Contract duration: 12 months renewable Start Date: ASAP Project: Financial Services We are seeking a Product Manager to join an agile team focused on delivering client-centric solutions in the cleared derivatives space (ETD & cleared OTC). The role involves managing initiatives, ensuring product readiness, and supporting business goals through measurable outcomes. This position is based in Central London with a hybrid working model, with 3 days a week in office required. Contract will be inside IR35 and will be based on an all in day rate. Responsibilities: Act as initiative manager within an agile pod, ensuring clarity of product requirements. Coordinate testing with internal and external clients to validate readiness. Support Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and track product metrics. Ensure product quality and compliance across technical and non-functional aspects. Requirements: Experience in agile environments and delivery frameworks. Proven track record in delivering complex products in the cleared derivatives industry. Familiarity with OKRs and outcome-focused delivery. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to build stakeholder relationships and drive accountability.
