Job Description

HR Change Advisor 6 months (potential for extension, but no more than 9 months) Up to £42,500 per annum (pro-rata) Remote working (Candidate must already have the right to work and be based within the UK) Role Overview: A leading international non-profit organisation is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support significant organisational changes and provide cover during maternity leave. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension. Key Responsibilities: Lead change management initiatives, including restructuring and potential redundancies Provide expert HR advice on employee relations issues Support consultation processes in line with UK employment law Assist with international HR matters Collaborate with senior leadership on implementing new corporate strategy Help maintain HR operations during period of team transitions Qualifications: 5-10 years of HR experience, with strong change management expertise In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and ACAS guidelines Experience in managing complex employee relations cases International HR experience beneficial but not required Charity sector experience helpful but not essential Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment Strong advisory skills, able to guide senior leaders Proficiency in HR systems and data management Additional Information: Remote working with occasional travel may be required Salary range: £40,000-£42,500 per annum 6-month fixed-term contract, with potential extension to 9 months Candidates interested in this challenging and impactful role should apply with a CV highlighting relevant experience in change management and HR advisory work.
