The Role / Responsibilities As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will: Lead on project management and contract administration across a range of commercial instructions. Deliver technical due diligence, pre-acquisition surveys, landlord and tenant advice, and dilapidations. Build and manage direct client relationships, ensuring consistent delivery and satisfaction. Mentor and support junior colleagues, acting as a positive role model for their professional development. Play an active part in business development, growing your profile within the market. Skills Needed / Requirements MRICS qualified Proven experience delivering building consultancy services in a commercial environment. Strong working knowledge of JCT Contracts, dilapidations, and landlord and tenant matters. Ability to prepare and review specifications, schedules of condition, and reinstatement cost assessments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Project is desirable. Excellent communication skills, with accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to write clear reports.
