Senior Legal Counsel Fixed Term Contract

Arbuthnot Yon are working with a leading business seeking to appoint a Commercial Lawyer for a period of 4 - 6 months on a fixed term contract. Hybrid role. Applications will be considered on a full time or 4 day per week basis. The key focus of this role will involve advising on, drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts from procurement to customer facing supply and out-sourcing agreements. In addition to this you will also get involved in wider a range of legal issues including information technology contracts and projects an data privacy. We are keen to hear from commercial lawyers with at least 5 years commercial contract experience as well as more experienced lawyers. You will be joining a great team and you will have lots of interaction with the wider business. The ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, including the commercial teams and senior stakeholders is a must. We are looking for someone to start in September/October. Applications will be considered on a full time or 4 day per week (equivalent) basis. You will need to be in the office a minimum of 2 days a week.
