Interviews are being scheduled now — don’t miss your chance to be part of a top-tier service team! *Employment is contingent upon successful background check, drug screen, and MVR review. salary: $52,000 - $62,400 per year shift: First work hours: 7 AM - 5 PM education: High School/GED Required Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repair on commercial HVAC systems Diagnose system issues and replace/calibrate components Install new HVAC units, ductwork, and thermostats Communicate service details and solutions to customers Coordinate with dispatch to manage daily schedule Document equipment specs and job details Generate accurate invoices on-site Recommend upgrades and service contracts Ensure compliance with OSHA/EPA/safety standards Maintain clean, stocked service vehicle Collaborate with sales and management Participate in on-call emergency service rotation The essential functions of this role include: working in a smoke free environment working in a non-temperature controlled environment manual lifting up to 50lbs standing for 8 hours at one time working weekends Skills EPA Certification NATE Certification Mechanical Maintenance HVAC Diagnostics Electrical Troubleshooting Tool Proficiency Customer Service System Calibration Mobile Technology Good Driving Record (7 years of experience is required) Furnaces Compressors Condensers Commercial HVAC Service RTUs ERUs WSHPs VRFs VAVs PIUs Chillers Boilers Cooling Towers HVAC System Installations Qualifications Years of experience: 3 years Experience level: Experienced Company Description We provide outsourcing, staffing, consulting and workforce solutions within the areas of engineering, accounting and finance, healthcare, human resources, IT, legal, life sciences, manufacturing and logistics, office and administration and sales and marketing.
