With a strong presence across Europe, the Americas, and Africa, our client oversees the full project lifecycle. We are looking for a Site Manager to oversee utility-scale construction projects across Italy, with a focus on sites in Central and Southern regions. This role will report to the Project Manager and be fully dedicated to active construction sites. Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with safety, budget, quality, and project timelines. Manage resources to meet schedules while aiming to stay within the project budget. Oversee project execution to ensure alignment with project plans. Ensure adherence to legal and institutional requirements for project execution. Monitor and control project finishes. Lead and supervise the on-site team. Requirements: 3 years of experience in photovoltaic or large construction projects. Experience with high-voltage systems is a plus. Knowledge of CEI regulations and ability to read wiring diagrams. Strong technical knowledge in electrical and civil works. Proven experience in managing projects and teams. Willingness to travel throughout Italy.
