This is an excellent opportunity for high performers who can self-perform, have strong litigation experience, and are passionate about consumer rights in the airline industry. The candidate must be free from conflicts of interest and able to litigate claims against different airlines. Respond comprehensively to airline defenses, including substantive and procedural / jurisdictional challenges. Lead enforcement of court judgments, including enforcement proceedings and coordinating with enforcement authorities when necessary.
