Overview Techyon is the leading Head Hunter in the search and selection of senior professionals and managers in the Information Technology field. For an important joint venture in the recycling market, our Recruitment Engineers are looking for an ERP Specialist - Supply Chain. Core Responsibilities Serving as the subject matter expert for INFOR M3 modules in manufacturing, logistics, procurement, sales, and distribution; Leading and managing end-to-end implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, and go-live support; Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business needs and recommend system-based solutions; Configuring and optimizing workflows and processes within INFOR M3 to enhance operational efficiency; Troubleshooting and resolving system issues while minimizing operational disruption; Providing technical guidance and training to end-users, ensuring successful adoption of INFOR M3 functionalities; Developing and maintaining detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides; Monitoring system performance and suggesting improvements to maximize the potential of INFOR M3; Staying current with INFOR M3 updates, industry trends, and best practices, providing recommendations for system enhancements; Managing and collaborating with external ERP consultants. Must Have Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Minimum of 2 years of experience working with INFOR M3, focusing on operations modules (manufacturing, logistics, procurement, sales, and distribution); Experience in a consultancy company or within an IT department performing similar functions; Experience with major ERP systems (e.G., Infor, SAP, JDEdwards, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite); Proven track record in ERP implementations for SCM processes; Hands-on experience in configuring and implementing M3 operational modules, including customizations and integrations; In-depth understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution; Proven ability to identify and resolve complex system issues; Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams; Knowledge of ERP best practices and operational compliance requirements; Fluency in Italian and English (both speaking and writing); Cross-Functional Teamwork Partner closely with cross-functional teams; Adaptability Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced client environments; Knowledge Sharing & Innovation Actively contribute to a collaborative culture by sharing insights, engaging in team discussions, and fostering innovative thinking.
