Overview / Panoramica Per importanti progetti nelle aree Centro-Nord Italia e Nord Europa, Impes Service SpA cerca Site Manager che si occuperanno della gestione di cantieri di costruzione di impianti elettrici e di strumentazione industriale. Per la posizione sono richieste / Requirements for the position: ottima conoscenza delle metodologie, strumenti e tecniche di lavoro nelle realizzazioni elettrostrumentali; ottima conoscenza delle peculiarità degli ambiti Oil & Gas ed Energy; ottime capacità di problem solving; capacità di gestione delle dinamiche interpersonali; ottime capacità di comunicazione. Main Responsibilities / Principali Responsabilità gestire in dettaglio le risorse umane a disposizione; gestire gli approvvigionamenti e controllare il materiale in ingresso e uscita dal cantiere; verificare la rispondenza dei lavori al progetto, e garantirne il rispetto delle tempistiche date; verificare il rispetto delle norme di sicurezza e degli standard di qualità, in coordinamento con HSE Manager e QA / QC Manager; compilare gli Stati Avanzamento Lavori (SAL); garantire la corretta esecuzione dei lavori in coordinamento con il Project Manager. Profilo del candidato / Candidate profile possiede un’adeguata formazione al ruolo; ha accumulato una comprovata esperienza nel ruolo in realtà strutturate e di taglio internazionale; possiede una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata. Requirements for application : excellent knowledge of methodologies, tools and working techniques in electro-instrumental creations; excellent knowledge of the peculiarities of the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors. excellent problem solving skills; ability to manage interpersonal dynamics; excellent communication skills. Main Responsibilities : manage in detail the human resources available; manage procurement and control the material entering and leaving the construction site; verify the compliance of the works with the project, and ensure compliance with the deadlines given; verify compliance with safety regulations and quality standards, in coordination with the HSE Manager and QA / QC Manager; fill in the Job Order Working Progress (SAL in Italian); ensure the correct execution of the works in coordination with the Project Manager.
