Saipem is looking for an AFC Coordinator to join our Department Finance Business Partner, conducting the following activities: Responsibilities Plan and coordinate the process of Balance drawing-up and other periodic company achievements, according to accounting principles, civil law, tax, and company rules; Assure the collection and elaboration of necessary reporting for the Financial Statements. Oversee the accounting entries / records and assure that Financial Statements and the other financial reports are accurate, complete and conform to reporting procedural standards and the accounting principles; General Ledger Monthly / Annual Account Closing / Reconciliations; General Ledger Tax and Audit Support; Manage the month-end and the year-end close processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in economics, or equivalent disciplines. Knowledge of English language: Fluent. Years of experience: Previous experience abroad with increasing responsibilities in multinational contexts, experience working with international accounting, experience especially in the construction sector. IT skills: Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office. Soft Skills Highly accurate and detail oriented; A self-starter, proactive, hands-on and comfortable multitasking, prioritizing and meeting multiple tight deadlines; Impactful and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Comfortable interacting with all levels of management. Contract & Location Contract: Permanent Location: Milan (MI), Italy - (First 3 / 6 months).
