Static Equipment Project Leader - PVHE

MISSION Responsibility for activities pertaining to the discipline within a project, ensuring compliance with the assigned budget and schedule, and optimizing costs. Manage a team of Static Equipment Engineers assigned to the project, reporting to the Project Engineering Manager for project-specific issues and to the Static Equipment Head of Department for resources and quality of deliverables. KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES During project execution, the duties of the Project Lead include: Preparing and discussing the project execution strategy, including the schedule, with the Project Team (Project Director / Project Manager and Project Engineering Manager) and the Static Equipment Head of Department, and ensuring its application throughout the project lifecycle. For specialized topics, assistance from Static Equipment Engineers is provided; Cooperating and coordinating with the Project Engineering Manager and other Lead Engineers to develop and maintain project procedures, guidelines, and standards; Ensuring coordination of discipline activities across locations and engineering centers, guaranteeing document consistency with the contract, adherence to schedules, compliance with contract requirements, budget management, and quality of deliverables under the guidance of the Project Engineering Manager and in collaboration with other Lead Engineers; Interacting with Client representatives and Vendors on all technical topics impacting time and costs; Providing support to inspection and construction departments as needed. As a department member, the Project Lead's duties also include: Providing feedback to the Static Equipment Head of Department regarding issues arising from the application of standard methods and work instructions to improve departmental effectiveness and efficiency; Conducting technical training in line with departmental and company needs, and sharing experience with colleagues across the Tecnimont Group for new design techniques; Staying updated on technical improvements within the discipline.
