What you’ll do The Real Estate Asset Manager, working within the real estate team specialized in repossessed properties (REOCOs), will be involved in the following activities: Main responsibilities: Recommend and proactively coordinate external providers; Oversee the performance of external brokers in the disposal strategy of multiple real estate assets simultaneously; Perform presentations to our PE clients on the status of investments and progress of the chosen strategy; Participate in the preparation of real estate business plans and quarterly reporting documents for separate assets; Review external appraisal reports and provide qualitative and quantitative analysis on their contents; Update and prepare mark-to-market models and capital commitment schedules; Understand various real estate related documentation and prepare Excel models; Analyze potential acquisitions on behalf of real estate assets; Review and update monthly operating budgets; Prepare and update internal models and memos. What you’ll bring: Competent written and spoken English for everyday use; Strong educational background, with experience in accounting or real estate; Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Exposure to financial modelling and discounted cash flow analysis; Strong interest in real estate; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects; Well-developed quantitative and analytical skills; Strong organizational and time management skills; Understanding of real estate valuation concepts (highly desirable).
