Responsibilities Head up a cross functional team and be responsible for the delivery and technical quality of all features and applications in that area. Define the technical roadmap and ensure the system complies with software engineering standards for maintainability, reliability, scalability and security. Support the team to deliver on time by managing resources and removing blockers. Provide training and career development paths to drive continuous improvement. About you Strong software engineering background with Python and data-centric development. Experienced technical leader with the ability to create a culture of software engineering excellence. Ability to conduct code reviews and provide coaching and mentoring. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence others and explain complex technical information. Delivery-focused with experience managing technical projects. Commercial acumen. Fluent English; Italian would be great but not necessary.
