We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our Over the Counter (OTC) team. About the Role: We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our Over-the-Counter (OTC) team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing essential features for one of our fastest growing user segments: over-the-counter professionals such as hairdressers, beauty specialists, physicians, and more. You will ensure these features are integrated into our product. Key features the OTC team is working on include: payment solutions (Tap-to-pay, QR codes) and revenue linking (API to POS systems) accounting solutions for OTC professions This role is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in an experimentation-driven environment, enjoys solving complex engineering challenges, and wants to have a direct impact on business growth. Responsibilities Develop and implement features into the product, ensuring smooth execution and seamless user experience. Optimize conversion funnels, pricing models, and feature experiments through data-driven development. Collaborate with the Product Manager and Engineering team to identify technical solutions that drive revenue growth. Ensure smooth integration of OTC features with the Product & Engineering team while maintaining code quality. Troubleshoot, debug, and refine product features, making rapid iterations based on results. Review code through pull requests, ensuring best practices in development, performance, and security. Our Stack TypeScript, NodeJS, MongoDB, React, React-Native, Expo, React Query, API, Rest, Jest / Detox Qualifications Experienced Full Stack Developer – 3 years of experience in React, React-Native, Node.js, and TypeScript. Strong problem-solver – can balance technical complexity with business goals to deliver impact fast. Pragmatic Engineer – writes clean, maintainable, and scalable code while optimizing for time-to-market.
