Overview 4D ICE and Interventional Echocardiography Clinical Application Specialist (f/m/d) EMEA Siemens Healthineers invites you to join a global team shaping the future of healthcare. The role supports internal and external training in the assigned region EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) with a focus on Germany. Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries. The position can be filled at Siemens Healthineers sites within Germany or Italy (e.g., Berlin, Dusseldorf, Erlangen, Hamburg, Munich, Milano, Rome, Naples, etc.). Responsibilities Provide expert clinical and technical support to physicians and cath/EP lab staff during interventional cardiology and electrophysiology procedures, ensuring the effective use of the AcuNav Lumos 4D ICE Catheter and interventional ultrasound systems. Act as a trusted clinical partner, using consultative selling techniques to identify new opportunities and support account development. Collaborate closely with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and provide continuous feedback and coaching to internal business units to ensure successful product adoption and clinical introductions. Maintain deep clinical expertise in intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) across electrophysiology and structural heart procedures, staying up to date with the latest clinical applications. Contribute to continuous product innovation by providing structured feedback to internal development, marketing, and training teams based on hands-on clinical experience. Create and deliver high-quality training content for external healthcare professionals and internal commercial and clinical teams, ensuring consistent education and knowledge transfer. Prepare and curate clinical content for major congresses and internal communications by identifying relevant clinical cases and success stories. Qualifications University degree in a relevant field such as medical technology, biomedical engineering, nursing, or another relevant discipline. Extensive hands-on clinical experience in echocardiography and interventional cardiology, ideally gained in hospitals, cath labs, or hybrid OR settings, with a solid understanding of workflows and daily clinical challenges. If you have many years of professional experience (e.g., as clinical application specialist or Cath Lab Nurse) but no degree, we still welcome your application. Strong background in cardiac imaging, with in-depth expertise in 3D/4D imaging modalities and TEE, preferably ICE (intracardiac echocardiography). Proven track record of delivering compelling product demonstrations and leading engaging, effective clinical trainings for healthcare professionals. Attributes and Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate, support, and influence clinical stakeholders at all levels. Business fluent in English, German and/or Italian is preferred. Commitment to continuous learning, including product usage guidelines, clinical best practices, troubleshooting, literature, and new product developments, including competitor insights. Ability to thrive in complex, international environments with experience in matrix organizations and cross-functional teams. Adaptable and organized in a fast-paced, evolving setting. Strong ability to identify and translate the needs of healthcare professionals into actionable feedback for commercial and regional teams. Proactive, curious, and solution-focused, with a passion for innovation and hands-on work with advanced medical technologies. Willingness to travel frequently (>80%) across the EMEA region to engage with clinical partners and provide on-site support.
