Your Role In assigned sub-industry, optimize GP margin by driving category management and marketing for industry-specific BSP products. Define product baskets and regional product/service portfolio, as well as manage suppliers. Responsibilities Lead product baskets, source products, and manage suppliers. Collaborate with Procurement to identify common buying strategies. Work with Sales to align procurement and logistics with sales objectives. Implement market strategies for the assigned industry. Manage new campaigns. Your Profile Skills Proficiency in AS 400. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Surfactants, Beauty Products. Experience Degree in Chemistry or related field. 1-2 years experience in Surfactants, Beauty & Care industry. Experience in scouting new suppliers. Education Background in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related fields. English proficiency (B2 or higher).
