The Challenge : What You’ll Do Architect & Build: Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable Flutter applications from the ground up. You set the technical direction. Mentor & Lead: Guide our team of developers, establishing best practices in code quality, testing, and performance. You’ll be the go-to expert for technical decisions. Partner & Influence: Act as the key technical bridge between our clients, product managers, and creative teams. Your expertise will directly shape the products we build. What You’ll Bring (The Essentials) Proven Experience: Solid experience in software engineering with cross-platform and above-the-curve experience in Flutter, backed by a portfolio of live applications you can show us. Deep Mobile Expertise: Strong knowledge of native development (Swift/iOS or Kotlin/Android) is crucial for bridging the gap when Flutter can’t. Client-Facing Communication: Outstanding English communication. You must be comfortable explaining technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and leading client conversations. Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves) Experience with Firebase and Google Cloud Platform. Knowledge of mobile accessibility (a11y) standards. Contributions to open-source projects.
