About the job In this exciting role you be involved in all aspects of demand planning and merchandising both pre-season and in-season ensuring the availability of required products across all channels. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to : Delivering accurate demand forecasts across all relevant categories and channels within scope. Helping on developing and managing bottom-up merchandise financial plans ensuring alignment and reconciliation with cluster targets. Defining category mix and assign assortment modules in line with commercial objectives tailored to channel and store cluster requirements. Gathering and integrating market feedback on assortment needs to inform planning decisions. Collaborating on forecast management and continuously seeking opportunities to optimize planning processes. Coordinating planning and merchandising activities across key functions such as Sales Marketing and Controlling fostering a collaborative cross-functional environment. About you We are looking for a unique and amazing talent who brings along the following : University Degree or equivalent. Minimum 6 months / 1 year of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent English and Italian / Spanish proficiency. Team orientation and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization. Proficiency with Excel and SAP.
