Overview ICEG Procurement Client Experience Lead — Accenture Italia The Procurement Client Experience Lead (P CXL) serves as a trusted advisor to internal clients, aligning Accenture’s capabilities to support their strategic goals and deliver impactful outcomes. They coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure high-quality service delivery, and foster strong internal relationships to drive value and growth. The CXL Team works closely with internal stakeholders, including Corporate Services, Finance, Operations, Tax, Legal and business teams, to ensure seamless and effective procurement support. The CXL is accountable for the delivery of all Procurement services within the ICEG Market Unit for Accenture’s internal client, including oversight of Category to Contract Execution, Procurement Operations Ventures & Acquisitions support, and Accounts Payable. Responsibilities Leading procurement delivery and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with local and global stakeholder expectations and commercial objectives. Managing stakeholder relationships, supplier performance, and risk, while driving high levels of internal client satisfaction. Leveraging Accenture’s global capabilities and embedding client-facing best practices to ensure consistent, scalable, and high-quality service. Driving operational excellence and financial performance, including cost efficiencies and value realization. Enabling the transition to Intelligent Operations, delivering measurable business impact and positioning the account for future growth. Building and nurturing a high-performing, inclusive team culture that supports talent development, retention, and diversity goals. What We’re Looking For Minimum of 5 years’ experience related in same role acquired in a multinational company with complex organizations. Proven experience managing key internal or external client relationships with a strong track record of delivery satisfaction. Demonstrated ability to drive commercial outcomes, including cost savings and value creation, within complex service delivery environments. Strong financial acumen and understanding of commercial models. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including C-level governance, experience working in matrixed, global organizations with shared services models. Recognized leadership in people development, team building, and fostering inclusive environments. Master’s Degree, proficiency in English both in speaking and writing.
