The Regional Payr oll Coordinator - México reports to the HR Regional Director LATAM and plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations across the manufacturing sites (3) for a total of around 1,000 employees in the country distributed in Monterrey, Guadalajara and Estado de México . This position is expected to work onsite, based in any of these offices and travel up to 25 % of the time. Why work at MCC: Compensation: Competitive Compensation Above- Law Benefits Life insurance Health Insurance SGMM Responsibilities: Accurately process payrolls for all employees, including calculating salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions in compliance with contracts, labor laws, and company policies. For our 3 manufacturing plants, Monterrey, Guadalajara and Estado de México. Manage the service to all employees in sites offering solutions or giving support to doubts and keep the excellent service and correct on time weekly payment. You will be leading a Payroll analyst and will work in collaboration wit the rest of the HR team on each site. Manage the implementation and adoption of a unified payroll system, ensuring streamlined and centralized processes. Support the adequate integration of Payroll and HRIS Systems in the region , c o nciliating the information of Dayforce and payroll employee data . Manage hires in the Payroll System and institutions as well as changes of salaries. Manage special Payrolls as Aguinaldo, Savings fund and PTU. Manage benefits vendors as Annual Bonus, Savings Fund , Vales despensa and Caja de Ahorro . V alidate employee data and record changes such as new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments in the payroll system. Ensure timely and accurate submission of payroll-related taxes and contributions to government authorities (e.g., SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT). Generate payroll reports and reconcile payroll data with financial records for audit purposes. Oversee the preparation and distribution of payroll receipts. Address employee inquiries and resolve issues related to payroll, benefits, and deductions as a team with the local HR representatives . Manage severance and terminations calculations in compliance with Mexican labor laws. Attending Infonavit (Government Housing Assistance) notices and audits. Attending IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) notices and audits. Vacation accrual review and reports to secure law observation. Manage and register of medical leaves and retirements. Assist Accounting with tasks as needed and when available. Support the Human Resources department with various administrative tasks and employee engagement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, HR or related field. Experience: 6 > years in payroll administration in Mexico. Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field. Technical Skills: Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas). Familiarity with payroll software's as ( Tress , Proseso , NOI). Familiar with HRIS as Workday, SAP, Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors ; Dayforce experience is highly desired. Deep k nowledge of CFDI timbrado , IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT, and other Mexican payroll regulations . G ood knowledge of the labor law ( L ey Federal del Trabajo ) . MS Office 365. Soft Skills Strong analytical thinking and exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive data . Strong organizational and time-management skills. High costumer orientation. Language s : English: Able to sustain business conversati o n s with corporate roles . Spanish: Fluent. Must be able to travel up to 25 %.
