Minimum requirements Matric National Diploma in Optical Dispensing or Diploma in Opticianry Fluent in Afrikaans and English Valid driver's license and own vehicle Minimum of 2 years' working experience in a similar role Minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing or retail role Computer literate Proficiency in optical software, Calico Cloud (preferred) Committed to continuous learning and customer satisfaction Skills required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail Accountability and decision-making skills Organisational and numeric proficiency Proactive, :motivated and reliability Teamplayer Duties and responsibilities Customer service and sales support Order management and administration Contact lens management Invoicing and payment processing Appointment scheduling and reception duties Reports, follow-ups and recall Store operations and housekeeping Professional conduct and continuous learning Audiology support (where applicable) Work hours Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 17:00 Every 2nd Saturday: 09:00 - 13:00 Remuneration R 10 000 incentive (depending on performance of the branch) IMPORTANT: Applications close 19 September 2025 If you do not receive feedback within 14 days, your application is unsuccessful Only applications submitted via the Ditto Jobs platform will be considered Only candidates who meet all our client's minimum requirements will be contacted
