Step into a hands-on Logistics Coordinator role where you'll own inbound receiving, inventory accuracy, warehouse upkeep, and outbound distribution across Europe and the rest of the world. You'll manage picking/packing, shipping documents and courier liaison, ensuring on-time, right-first-time deliveries for a quality-driven business. Description Manage inbound: receive, check and book finished goods; perform basic quality control and ensure correct labeling. Control stock: maintain accurate inventory records, cycle check discrepancies and drive corrective actions. Own warehouse standards: oversee layout, storage conditions, housekeeping and safety. Run outbound distribution: pick and pack orders, prepare pallets/boxes and coordinate daily shipments (EU & R.O.W.). Prepare shipping documentation: waybills, pro-forma invoices, airway bills, sterilization certificates, export/legalisation papers, etc. Coordinate carriers & couriers (incl. air freight): book collections, track & trace, resolve exceptions and follow up proactively. Communicate with customers on order status, documents and delivery confirmations; issue and send invoices. Collaborate with Supply Chain and the Sr. Supply Chain Manager to improve processes, lead times and service levels. Maintain a safe, compliant warehouse environment and work according to documented work instructions/SOPs. Profile Experience in logistics/warehousing or distribution in a quality-driven environment; comfortable with both desk and floor activities. Solid understanding of inventory control and standard shipping paperwork; accuracy and attention to detail are second nature. Strong communicator and real team player; keeps promises and acts with integrity and consistency. Flexible and hands-on: happy to rotate tasks and jump in where needed to keep the flow moving. Resilient under pressure with a positive, solution-oriented mindset; learns from mistakes and improves. Able to follow work instructions/SOPs; good command of English (spoken and written). Bonus points: WMS/ERP familiarity, export/air freight knowledge, experience with regulated products.
