Construction Fitter

Join our team as a Construction Fitter and become an integral part of our innovative agricultural machinery production. You will independently work from technical drawings to construct complex structures, assemble machine components, and weld them into complete units. Wij vragen: - A completed vocational (MBO-level) technical education, or equivalent experience; - Experience in metalworking and MIG welding (TIG welding is a plus); - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; - Skilled, precise, and quality-driven work ethic; - Good command of Dutch (or willingness to learn), important for workplace safety. At these locations, we design and build the machines completely in-house — from cutting and bending metal sheets to painting and final assembly. With 18,000 m² of production space, our Roosendaal facility is a true haven for technology enthusiasts. Engineers design and draw the machines, and on the shop floor everything comes to life. You'll have your own spacious workstation, your own tools, and we continuously invest in advanced machines to support production. Departments such as service, sales, finance, and HR are also located in Roosendaal.
