Document Controller

My client are a Tier 1 construction company that work across a variety of sectors including student accommodation builds, commercial schemes, office blocks and apartments. Due to an increase in volume of work they are looking for a Document Controller to join their team in the North West. (PERM) In return they are offering- Competitive salary Company car/ car allowance Enhanced Pension Scheme Discretionary Bonus Scheme Private Healthcare Life Assurance 26 days holiday bank holidays Death in service – life assurance Ideal candidate: Experience handling large, multi-source data sets Advanced knowledge of CDEs and the DFT Proficient in Dalux system use An understanding of BS 1192 and PAS 1192, or ISO 19650 Clear communicator of DPD protocols, ensuring compliance Worked with multidisciplinary design and client teams Liaised with subcontractors and supply chain partners Familiar with ISO 19650 naming conventions Delivered projects over £30,000 Duties: Deliver Dalux training to team members and stakeholders Provide Dalux support for project users, including third parties Develop file naming protocols with ISM per DPD standards Create and manage DPD-compliant workflows with ISM Build DFT (FV) forms and tasks to meet site needs Implement and manage CDE change control processes Validate and manage all CDE documentation Configure reports on workflows, TQs, RFIs, and more Prepare distribution matrices per project requirements Maintain site files, drawing registers, and documentation Compile O&M, H&S, quality, environmental, and BCAR files Attend meetings to support team and stakeholder engagement This is an excellent opportunity to work for a leading contractor!
