Job Title: Ductwork Fitter & Mate (Duct Pair) Location: St Albans Start Date: ASAP Duration: 1 month Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour days Rates: Fitter: £27.00 per hour Mate: £16.25 per hour Job Description: We are currently looking for an experienced Ductwork Fitter and Mate (Duct Pair) for a 1-month contract in St Albans. The role involves the installation of galvanised (tin) ductwork on a commercial site. This is a short-term project with no extension, so candidates must be reliable and ready to start immediately. Key Responsibilities: Install galvanised (tin) ductwork systems to specification Read and interpret technical drawings Maintain safe and tidy working practices Work effectively as a team to meet project deadlines Requirements Fitter: Valid Blue CSCS Card IPAF (preferred) Own tools Full PPE Experience with rectangular and spiral ductwork Ability to lead and work efficiently with a mate Mate: Valid Green CSCS Card Basic hand tools (preferred) Full PPE Previous experience assisting with ductwork (preferred)
