Your Role… Lead technical design & delivery of a fantastic scheme from RIBA Stages 2 to 4 and beyond. Take a hands-on role producing Revit-based tender and construction packages. Oversee and, where necessary, mentor a mid-level architect on drawing production. Chair and coordinate consultant meetings (MEP, Fire, QS, Structures). Resolve heritage-sensitive details and liaise with conservation officers. Manage planning amendments and discharge of conditions. Respond to RFIs, contractor queries, and fabrication drawings. Ensure compliance with Building Regs (B/L/M) and Building Safety Regulator requirements. Report directly to the client team on programme, risks and costs. Work closely with the in-house PM on procurement and delivery. What We’re Looking For… ARB-registered Architect (or equivalent seniority). Strong proven track record across Stages 2 to 4 UK delivery (London refurb/heritage projects highly valued). Confident, hands-on Revit user (firm is transitioning from Vectorworks). Heritage/listed building experience highly advantageous. Commercially minded, with the ability to thrive in a client-side environment. Why This Role?
