Employment Lawyer in-house role Iconic City-Based Brand based in London INTERIM - six months initially with a strong possibility of a longer contract Could be a four or five days a week An iconic brand based in the City is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer for an initial six-month contract, with a strong possibility of extension to start asap. This is an exciting opportunity to join a best-in-class employment team and lead on high-profile employment matters. In this role, you will: Provide expert advice on employment-related projects, including executive hires, exits, investigations, restructures, and TUPE transfers. Deliver day-to-day HR advice across a variety of complex matters, working closely with key stakeholders throughout the business. Lead and contribute to training initiatives and rollout of employment-related projects. Support the business through a period of transformative change , offering guidance on both strategic and operational matters. The role offers diverse and intellectually challenging work. We are looking for an employment lawyer with high emotional intelligence, a curious and analytical mind, and excellent stakeholder management skills. Start date: ASAP Duration: 6 months (strong likelihood of extension) Hours: Flexible, can be 4 or 5 days per week This is a rare opportunity to work on complex, high-impact employment matters within a transformative business environment.
