Job Description

Office Administrator Responsibilities and Tasks 1. Organising Field Engineers Diaries 2. Compiling engineers work sheets and invoicing customers for work done (electronic system) 3. Compiling contracts for customers 4. Compiling quotations for customers 5. Ordering spare parts from suppliers 6. General administration and office duties 7. HR duties – staff contracts, holidays and sickness working with our HR Provider 8. Reporting to Service and Managing Director Skills required 1. IT Skills – proficient in Word and Excel 2. Good communication and customer skills 3. Good administrative skills 4.
