SEND support Worker

About the role: We are looking for caring and reliable Support Workers and session leaders to join Inspired by Isaiahs LTD brand-new SEND Holiday & Youth Club in Sandwell. Youll support children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) to enjoy fun, safe, and inclusive activities. Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support. Help children take part in creative, social, and play activities. Work closely with the Session Leader and team. Ensure safeguarding and health & safety at all times. What were looking for: Experience working with children/young people (SEND experience preferred). Strong communication and teamwork skills. Flexible and reliable, especially during school holidays. Knowledge of safeguarding and inclusion. on the up-dated system (DBS) First Aid DSL- Training (Desirable) What we offer: Minimum wage (age related) and including holiday pay (depending on experience).
