Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and drive quality improvement within our Living Well services. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to play a key role in shaping and delivering high standards of care and compliance. Location: Hereford, Herefordshire Contract: 6 months ongoing Hours: 37 hours per week Rate: £385.00 per day (Umbrella) Mileage Key Responsibilities: Lead on the development and delivery of a quality assurance strategy. Identify, manage, and escalate risks to senior managers and boards. Provide support in preparation for a pending CQC inspection. Lead and manage the Quality Assurance Team, ensuring effective performance. Co-ordinate and lead provider failure processes, with the support of the Head of Services. Desirable Skills & Experience Proven experience in quality monitoring on data platforms. Knowledge of contract management and care provider market oversight.
