UX Designer - Wellness Brand £300 day Outside IR35 6 months Surrey / Central London (occasional on-site) We're working with a fast-growing wellness brand on the lookout for a talented UX Designer to join their team on a freelance basis. With an exciting European launch just around the corner, this is a brilliant opportunity to make a real impact on acquisition and retention across their website. What you'll be doing Conducting user research and usability testing to uncover insights and opportunities. Designing intuitive, engaging experiences that drive acquisition and customer loyalty. Collaborating with product, marketing, and development teams to deliver data-informed solutions. Iterating on designs based on feedback, analytics, and customer behaviour. Considering European markets in your design approach, ensuring accessibility and cultural relevance. What we're looking for Strong background in UX design with proven experience in optimising websites for growth and retention. A research-driven mindset - you know how to turn insights into action. Confident working in an iterative, feedback-friendly environment. Experience designing for European markets Ability to work independently while collaborating with stakeholders across teams.
