With a thriving London office and an impressive pipeline of work, they are now looking for a Senior Estimator to strengthen their pre-construction team. You will take the lead on large cut and carve and refurbishment tenders over £20m , playing a pivotal role in securing high-value projects and supporting the company’s ambitious growth. As Senior Estimator, you will: Lead the preparation and submission of competitive tenders for projects over £20m Analyse drawings, specifications, and contract documents to prepare detailed cost plans Manage subcontractor and supplier enquiries, quotations, and comparisons Work closely with pre-construction, operations, and directors to develop winning strategies Provide accurate cost forecasts, risk assessments, and value engineering solutions Attend client meetings, presentations, and interviews as the commercial lead on tenders Support project handover to delivery teams and mentor junior estimators The company’s London office is a vibrant, collaborative hub with a strong team culture and a great buzz, making it an exciting place for ambitious professionals to grow.
