UX/UI Designer

I’m working with a high-growth tech scale-up that’s redefining how businesses use AI-driven customer experiences. Backed by recent investment and with major enterprise clients already onboard, they’re now looking for their first dedicated UX/UI Designer to help shape the product as it scales across new sectors and markets. This is a fantastic opportunity to join early, working directly with Product and Engineering, and to design AI-powered experiences that break traditional boundaries. What you’ll be doing Translating product strategy and user insights into intuitive, innovative designs. Creating high-quality UI designs and assets in Figma, ready for engineering handoff. Breaking chatbot constraints to design smarter shopping and transactional flows. Ensuring design consistency while experimenting with fresh, creative ideas. Collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver practical solutions. Supporting marketing with visual assets and communications when required. What they’re looking for Strong UX/UI design skills with a sharp eye for visuals. Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools). Hands-on, pragmatic, and comfortable iterating quickly in a start-up environment. Curious and experimental, with a willingness to challenge conventional design norms. Collaborative and comfortable working across Product, Engineering, and Marketing. Nice-to-haves include experience with conversational AI, e-commerce/automotive sectors, and exposure to basic front-end constraints.
