The Role: Advise on a wide range of complex commercial agreements, partnerships, and technology contracts. Provide strategic guidance on global data protection, privacy, and regulatory matters. Work closely with the product development team to advise them on any regulatory matters. Work directly with senior business leaders and stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions. Contribute to the continued growth and development of the in-house legal function. About You: Qualified lawyer with 6 years PQE gained specialising in commercial law Strong commercial contracts experience gained from a leading law firm or in-house Previous knowledge of privacy and data protection law, with the ability to provide pragmatic, business-focused advice. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage at a senior level. A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
